Your calculator inputs stay on your device

Every calculation on CalcYard runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you enter are never transmitted to our servers, stored by us, or shared with anyone. There are no accounts and no forms that collect personal information.

What is collected

Hosting logs: our hosting provider (e.g., Cloudflare or Netlify) may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and performance. Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which calculators are used; this does not include anything you type into a calculator. Local storage: your theme preference (light/dark) is saved in your own browser and never sent anywhere.

Advertising and cookies

CalcYard may display advertisements served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ad providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. Google’s use of advertising cookies is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can opt out of personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com. Ad cookies relate to ad delivery only — they do not access the numbers you enter into calculators.
